Proxy doesn't hide your real IP address?

I using a HTTPS proxy to connect the network for ignore the cencership of China. the proxy with the address of 200.65.127.161:3128 .too strange to be understand, in ip138.com,my real IP being show! or that's the normal action of transparent proxy?

For more days，blogspot.com is being banned in China. That's too bad
for most Chinese people. But now, one person in IRC remind me that
blogspot.com is become available. So good! Just with yesterday My birthday！
