Proxy doesn't hide your real IP address?

I using a HTTPS proxy to connect the network for ignore the cencership of China. the proxy with the address of 200.65.127.161:3128 .too strange to be understand, in ip138.com,my real IP being show! or that's the normal action of transparent proxy?
