The message info module has been done

    Today, I write the source of one info notify module. This module using database to get the query string and using this string to get the request. That is the first  module that I has design it. And could work, but using three day, I don't know how it work well? And that's a try for get the query string. For any days, We can modify it just with edit the SQL string in the database.
